Lengua Tacos at Pistoleros

Do you like tacos? I love em! Casey took us to a new taco restaurant called "Pistoleros."  They have every conceivable kind of taco you can imagine, even Lengua tacos. Do you know what Lengua is? It's beef tongue. I used to be scared of the "nasty bits" of the cow, that most people won't eat, but these tacos were "off the hook!" Lengua tacos really get a bad rap. Don't be scared! If you don't try em you're really gonna miss out. Just don't look at what's inside the tortilla.

After we had tacos and margaritas at Pistoleros, we headed over to Little Woodrows to wish Edie and Gavin a happy birthday. Twenty-nine again, eh Edie?  Happy Birthday Edie and Gavin!
